A Hoon
Hoon - one who seeks pleasure through the powerful combination of bantering, singing, roaring, laughing, joking, slating (often self-depreciating), and most importantly drinking. Hoons can often be raucous (esp. in groups). Their aim is to be funny & outgoing, whilst being friendly & welcoming. Some hoons do display exhibitionist tendencies but this not a gibbon. Sorry - given. Other derivations include the verb "to hoon", hoonish, hooning, hoonery and hoonerer.
