Alf before he got fit

Einstein was right, energy cannot be destroyed, only changed. For centuries, hoons everywhere have been changing energy into sloth, and with some success. But for every dozen overweight, beer-swilling, pie-eating pigs, there is a Sheppard. Surviving mainly on Beefheart, he is currently training in Birmingham so that he can provide the world with more "fit" people for this delicate balancing act. Alf is quite simply the fittest man alive.
